Swift County Real Estate, formerly known as Benson Realty, was started in the mid 1970’s by Wendell Bausman. In 1988, Kevin joined his dad at Swift County Real Estate as a salesperson and became the broker after Wendell retired from the business in 2000. In 2016, Peggy Bausman joined Swift County Real Estate as a part-time salesperson. In addition to real estate, Kevin has a full appraisal business (Bausman Appraisals)
